A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall trade marijuana, or smoke marijuana or marijuana seed coats.

1. On January 7, 2019, the Defendant traded marijuana: (a) around 12:06, at the home of the Defendant’s parents located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building C; (b) from multiple web sites to the wall address (E) known by a seller on his name, the Defendant sent 0.123746 bitco (Korean in 556,986 bitco). From around 22:00 on the same day to 01:00 on the following day, the Defendant purchased marijuana which was hidden by collecting approximately four (4gs of marijuana) of the Defendant’s indictment from August 11, 201 to January 7, 2019; and (c) even if the seller on the attached list was informed of the name in question over 68 times, the Defendant’s correction of the number of 1370 bitcos and the Defendant’s correction of the number of 60 bitcos in the attached sheet is not likely to infringe on the Defendant’s right of defense.

2. On August 9, 2019, between 01:00 and 01:00 on August 10, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana by taking the Defendant’s house located in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F apartment G head, deducting the colon’s colon’s colon in tobacco, inserting the colon’s smoke in tobacco, inserting the smoke in tobacco, and melting the smoke.
