A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated marijuana as follows:

1. The Defendant: (a) sent bitcos to the bitcos to the bitcos address known by the seller of marijuana by accessing the Dac Web “B” and “C” website; and (b) sent the bitcos to the bitcos address; and (c) had the intent to purchase maris in the bitcos method (the method of finding narcotics to the place where they are concealed after the transfer of the price)

On October 8, 2019, around 20:08, the Defendant transferred 0.031 BTC (limited to KRW 301,413,00) to the bitco-ray address (D) used by a seller of marijuana in the name-free PC bank in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and purchased approximately 2 g of marijuana concealed in advance by a seller at an insular location in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and purchased approximately 30 times in total from June 17, 2016 to October 9, 2019, as described in the attached crime list, from around 17, 2016 to around 10, 2019.

The Defendant stated in the police investigation that the Defendant was guilty of committing the crimes listed in the No. 1 and No. 2 of the List of Offenses Nos. 1 and 2 by obtaining marijuana, but failed to receive it. However, the Defendant led to confession in the instant trial procedure, and found guilty of the details of remittance.

2. On October 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stated in the facts charged as of October 18, 2019 as the facts charged; (b) however, according to the suspect interrogation protocol of a private police officer around October 8, 10, the Defendant stated that he was unable to have been involved in the Defendant’s room at his residence at the time of self-determination (Article 58)
