1. The Defendants are type 2 of the Plaintiff’s factory site D 851m2 and the general steel structure board of the ground.

Facts of recognition

The husband of the Plaintiff is E, F and son G, and F and Defendant C were de facto marital relations from around 2011 to September 2017.

He completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale on May 13, 2007 with respect to D’s factory site 851 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do on June 13, 2007, and he newly constructed a Class II neighborhood living facilities (manufacturing establishment) of the general steel structure structure 309.6 square meters on the ground, 179.8 square meters on the ground, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 6, 2007, and the I Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “I”) completed the registration of ownership transfer on the instant building on February 9, 2009.

Defendant B was established with the trade name “J” on May 25, 2009, and its trade name was changed to K on June 30, 2010 and to B on February 21, 2013.

(B) Around November 1, 2010, G entered Defendant B and was appointed as a representative director on March 4, 201, but resigned on May 25, 2017. On the same day, F as an internal director and the Plaintiff were resigned.

Around June 10, 2009, Defendant B entered into a contract for interior construction works of KRW 126,231,000 with L, and L, a stock company, around September 2009, newly built 7.9 square meters in each floor of boiler rooms in boiler rooms in paragraph (4) of the attached Table (1) and 24 square meters in each floor of warehouse steel pipe in paragraph (5).

On June 5, 2010, Defendant B entered into a contract for construction of KRW 14,30,000 for the steel-frame building and tent construction (36 square meters) and for the low temperature warehouse type 1 (7 square meters) with M Co., Ltd., and M Co., Ltd, around July 2010, newly constructed 21 square meters for the low temperature warehouse board and 112.9 square meters on the top of the store pipe tank, and 112.9 square meters on the top of the warehouse set forth in paragraph (1) of the attached Table (1), respectively.
