A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On August 30, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on January 3, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence in a wooden prison on November 3, 2013.

The defendant of "2015 Highest 751" is not a person handling narcotics, so he/she shall not administer, receive, or trade psychotropic drugs.

1. On July 18, 2014, the Defendant received approximately 0.12 gram of psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs contained in paper E, from D restaurants located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, at the early 18:00, from the Defendant, clopon, without compensation.

2. At around 20:00 on September 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased KRW 150,000 from E in the above D restaurant; and (b) purchased and sold 0.3g of philophonephones contained in the vinyl paper to E.

3. On November 201, 2014, around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold 2 gramphonephones, which were 400,000 won in a lot department store building-ro, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and divided F into three plastic rophones; and (b) purchased and sold rophones, which were contained in three plastic rophones from F.

4. On December 20, 2014, around 22:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05 gramphones into two for a single-use injection unit, containing two for a single-use injection unit, and injected and provided rophones into each part of the Defendant and H’s blood cells.

5. On January 10, 2015, around 22:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05 grams of philophones from 603, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City into two in a single-use injection machine, and injected and provided philophones into the Defendant and H’s blood cells.

6. On January 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 17:00, around 17:00, the Defendant purchased and sold 0.3 grams of phiphonephones contained in the vinyl 603 to J; and (b) 1.5 million won from J from 603 to 1.5 million won.

7. The Defendant is located in K around February 10, 2015 in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
