A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

To the defendant, the defendant shall complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

[2018 Gohap 296] The defendant is a criminal of Taekwondo painting in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Incheon, and the victim C (the name, the age of eight) is a student accompanying the above seal.

On December 11, 2017, from around 13:10 to 14:10 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) told the victim who was waiting for the class hours from the seal affixed on the day from around 13:10 to around 14:10 on the same day, and (b) sits above knee of the victim, with the victim’s awareness of the victim, and knee and knes over the victim’s own hand, and (c) kned up the victim’s hand with the victim’s panty panty.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against a minor who is under 13 years of age.

[2018 Gohap 366] The defendant and the victim D (the age of 20 at the time of the incident) are as follows: (a) the appointment of the military service together with F in Incheon E, the military service was followed.

1. In the middle of July 2013, the Defendant, including soldiers, committed an indecent act by force, committed an indecent act on the victim’s sexual organ with his/her own hand, with the intent to report and commit an indecent act against the victim who takes rest in his/her place within the reserve room of the said police officer. Around July 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force with the victim’s sexual organ.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

2. From October 2013 to November 201, 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act with intent to commit an indecent act against the victim who was seated and on duty in the above large headquarters situation room, and brought about the victim’s own entrance to view the victim’s her own entrance and to make the victim look back on the side of the victim’s face, by making the victim her own entrance with his/her own entrance with his/her own entrance with his/her own entrance with his/her driver’s consent.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against the victim.
