A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a wounded soldier who performed military service in CJ, and the victims shall be a succeeding soldier who belongs to the above military unit.

1. Indecent acts committed by force against victims D;
