"2019 Highest 583"
1. On February 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of a vehicle without a locking the victim C’s d body-ray vehicle (five million won in the market price) parked on the front of the Jeju-si B lending; and (b) driven the vehicle with a vehicle sticked at the front of the d body-ray vehicle (five million won in the market price); (c) opened a YES bank’s one, Jeju-F Bank’s one copy of the credit union’s deposit passbook issued; (d) one sheet issued by the National Bank; and (e) one sheet issued by the National Bank; and (e) one 200,000 won in the market price; and (e) one d body-ray vehicle’s market price; and (e) one d body-ray vehicle’s market price; and (e) one d body-ray’s KRW 1,700,000 in the market price; and (e) one drupture’s market price with a considerable amount of KRW 70,000.
2. At around 22:00 on March 1, 2019, the Defendant opened a door of HA parked by the victim G on the back side of the F Building in Jeju Island, and stolen the victim’s property by holding 50,000 won in cash, one transportation card, one foreign registration certificate, and one copy of the Jeju Bank’s physical card, and one copy of the No. Jeju Bank’s physical card.
3. On March 2, 2019, from around 22:00 to around 23:30 of the same day, the Defendant opened a door of LA car parked by the victim K on the roads adjacent to the I apartment Jdong at Jeju, and cut off the victim’s property by means of cash 15,000 won and Dano, while holding it.

1. On December 2018, 2018, the Defendant stolen 5,980 won of the victim’s market price, using the gaps in which the surveillance of the victim’sO was neglected at the “NN” restaurant Ma, which was located in the Seocho-si, Ma.
2. A criminal defendant who attempted larceny is equivalent to 14,260 won in total of the market price owned by the victim by taking advantage of the gaps in which surveillance of the victimO was neglected at the place prescribed in paragraph (1) on January 22, 2019.
