Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On January 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on January 20, 2017, at the “C” restaurant parking lot located in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju-gu, the Defendant: (b) on January 20, 201; (c) on the part of the victim D ( South, 59 years old); and (d) on the part of the vehicle in order to discover the vehicle and to steal money and valuables, the Defendant left the vehicle with the driver’s seat hand; and (d) on the part of the vehicle, the Defendant was attempted due to correction

3) On the same day as above 2:00 on the same day, the Defendant discovered the victim K-K ( South, 48 years old) vehicle parked in the adjacent way of the “J” located in the same Gu I, and opened and intrudeed the door of the vehicle not corrected by the same veterinary method as above 1, and followed the inside of the vehicle, but did not discover money and valuables.
4) The defendant has committed the same harm.
