Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Jeju District Court on February 16, 2015, and was sentenced to four months from February 16, 2015.

【Criminal facts】 From May 2015 to August 2015, the Defendant had served in the optical fish farming field of “H” located in Jeju City.
1. 【Criminal facts】 On May 12, 2016, at around 02:40, the Defendant came to a “M” restaurant operated by the victim located in K on May 12, 2016, and did not correct the difference as calculated after intrusion into the restaurant via the window located on the south of the building.
