All parts of Defendant E, G, and H are reversed.
Defendant
E Imprisonment with labor of one year and nine months, and the defendant.
Reasons
1. Summary of grounds for appeal;
A. The sentence imposed by the lower court (Defendant A: 5 years of imprisonment; 4 years of imprisonment; 3 years of imprisonment for each of the Defendants C and D; 2 years of imprisonment for each of the Defendants E and H; 1 year and six months of imprisonment for each of the Defendants’ F, G, and I; 1 year and six months of imprisonment for each of the Defendants’ J, 10 months of imprisonment for each of the Defendant J, and 2 years of suspended execution) is too unreasonable.
B. The sentence imposed by the prosecutor by the court below against the Defendants is too unfasible and unfair.
2. Determination
A. The so-called “scam,” such as the crime of this case, common sentencing factors to the Defendants, is a crime that undermines the credibility of the safety and performance of financial transactions and causes serious inequality and danger to the entire society. As the method of crime becomes more intelligent, the victim is becoming more active.
In particular, the instant crime was committed by closely sharing the roles as a general book, cash withdrawal book, collection book of passbook, counselor, etc., and was organized, not only damages the trust of the general public in the national policy by ice lending (government-funded products for low-income ordinary people) but also deceiving victims who urgently need the loan due to lack of economic difficulties, and by deceiving them in an undiscriminatory manner and by deceiving them more than KRW 430 million in total, and thus, the crime is very poor in light of the form and result of the act.
Furthermore, the crime of this case was committed in a social atmosphere requiring a strict sanction against the crime of Bosing, etc., and in order to eradicate such crime as soon as possible so as to prevent any further damage by eradicating the crime of Bosing, there is a need to punish all the Defendants who participated in the crime of this case.

B. Defendant A 1) The overall responsibility of the instant Bosing organization, which led the instant crime, is very unfavorable to the Defendant.
2) On the other hand, we recognize their errors.
