The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal began by the solicitation of the past friendship, and began a new life, such as cultivating a happy family while standing for religion, but said, the Defendant did not cruelly brut and again boomed on the narcotics once again.

In order to cease narcotics at all times, the defendant has made his best efforts to cooperate in the investigation by providing information about narcotics-related offenders from the investigative agency and has a firm will to do so.

Considering these circumstances, the defendant will be able to take the highest preference to the defendant.

2. Although the Defendant had been punished several times for the same drug crimes, he committed each of the instant narcotics crimes during the repeated crime period, and even though he had been punished several times due to traffic crimes, such as drinking and driving without a license, he/she went to the instant unlicensed driving crimes.

On the other hand, in cooperation with the investigation of narcotics, the Defendant took considerable place in the arrest of the narcotics offender, and has assisted the resolution of the case by preventing the perpetrator from leaving the site at the scene of the traffic accident.

In addition, considering the circumstances favorable or unfavorable to the defendant and the defendant's age, sex, career, family relation, environment, motive, means and result of the crime, circumstances after the crime, crime experience, and the reasons for sentencing of the lower judgment, the lower court's punishment is too unreasonable even in light of various circumstances asserted by the defendant on the grounds of appeal.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition, since the defendant's appeal is without merit.
