Punishment of the crime

On August 16, 2013, at around 23:01, the Defendant driven B car with approximately 150 meters from the road in front of 395-99, Mapo-gu, Mapo-gu, Seoul to the road in front of 363-14, the same Gu and Dong, while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.064%.
