Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On December 8, 2012, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.162% on blood alcohol level on December 8, 2012, 02: (a) the Defendant driven a 1km B car from the front side of the 1k-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul Mapo-gu to the front intersection of 383-4, Seoul Mapo-gu.
