Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 29, 2013, at around 01:15, the Defendant driven B-learning car under the influence of alcohol content of about 500 meters from the front road of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seodong Mandong to the front road of 363-12, Dong Dong-dong 363-12.
