Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. 경범죄 처벌법위반 피고인은 2017. 3. 28. 02:45 경 인천 부평구 D에 있는 E 파출소에서 술에 취하여 길거리에서 고성을 지르며 인근 상점의 유리문을 발로 차는 것을 경찰관이 제지하였다는 이유로 근무 중인 경찰관들을 향하여 “ 이 씨 발 놈들 아 어쩔 건데, 이 병신들 아.”, “ 이 개새끼들 아 니들이 어쩔 건데.”, “ 병신 짭새 새끼들 아무것도 못하지 이 병신들.” 이라고 하는 등 계속하여 욕설을 하고, 경찰관들이 귀가를 권유하자 파출소 밖으로 나갔다가 재차 파출소 안으로 들어와 또다시 “ 아무것도 못하는 밥 버러지 새끼들.”, “ 야 이 병신들 아. ”라고 하며 약 20분에 걸쳐 욕설을 하고 고성을 질렀다.

Accordingly, the defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, had a very rough and disorderly speech and behavior in a public office.

On March 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender at the same place and boarded the patrol vehicle under the above suspicion; and (b) breathed the F’s right boom, spawn, spawn, spawn, spawn, spawn, spawn at the right right wing part of the F on one occasion; and (c) assaulted the F’s body from walking on several occasions on the right wing part of the F.
