1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A and Defendant B are those in marital relations, and Defendant B is one member of the “successful bid (the first person who has raised a large amount of interest to be paid out of the total members)” operated by E.

1. On May 201 to June 201, the Defendant: (a) requested the Ha who operates the said G real estate from the “G real estate located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoul, to request the Ha who operates the said G real estate; and (b) requested the Ha to enter the said Ha in the form of the “Real Estate Lease Contract (former and Monthlysesesesesesesesesesesesesesesesesesesesesesesesesese)”; (c) on the location column with a test-type pen, the Defendant stated the Hasesesesesesesesesesesesese in the deposit column, “Gu Mancheon-gu, Seoul; and (d) on the lessor’s address column, “K”, “L”, and “M” in the resident registration number column, respectively.

M The name of M was read to H to affix the seal on the side of the name of “M”.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the lease agreement of the victim M in the name of the victim M, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On December 8, 2014, the Defendant subscribed to the “eight-day system” among the successful bidders operated by the victim E, and around March 8, 2015, the Defendant got off KRW 100 million and demanded the victim to provide a security to the Defendant. As the Defendant’s husband requested to submit a forged lease contract as described in paragraph (1).

On March 9, 2015, the Defendant, at the office of the certified judicial scrivener located in Gangnam-gu Seoul N, exercised the forged lease contract as if it had been duly formed as described in paragraph 1.

3. Defendant B offered a forged lease contract as security at the time and place specified in paragraph (2) as stated in paragraph (1) at the same time and place. The above forgery was made.
