Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who owns a car with a Scoin even.

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, around 20:30 on July 17, 2015, the Defendant parked the said car on the 32-1st road in accordance with the eastbuk-gu, Gwangju, and left the back number plate as a paper A4, making it difficult to identify the registration number plate.
