1. Revocation of a judgment of the first instance;

1. The following management contracts are concluded between the vehicle-owned trucking business operator (hereinafter referred to as the “instant company”) and the vehicle manager (hereinafter referred to as the “trustee”) in the course of the consignment and management of the general cargo transportation business under the entrustment contract.

Article 2 (Indication of Subject Matter of Management Entrustment) The instant company shall entrust the trustee with the authority to operate and manage the following vehicles and transportation business for the nationwide cargo transportation business or special cargo transportation business:

Vehicle No. C: Hyundai Spoter II, and Yearbook: A trustee of Article 4 (Guarantee) in 2005 shall, in principle, submit a guarantee document in preparation for the failure to return the vehicle, such as loss, damage, theft, etc., and damages, and take over the vehicle for the plaintiff during the management period of the vehicle owned by the company of this case.

Article 6 (Management of Vehicles) (1) A trustee shall bear all expenses incurred in the management and operation of a vehicle, such as breakdown, repair, various taxes and public charges, insurance premiums, and other charges after taking over the vehicle.

2. The instant company may provide a vehicle entrusted to the trustee as a collateral or establish a collateral security without the consent of the trustee.

Article 7 (Management of Assistants) (1) A trustee shall notify the company of this case in writing when he/she appoints an employee required for the management of vehicle operation, and he/she shall assume all responsibilities related to the employee.

Article 9 (Freight) The freight between the instant company and the trustee shall correspond to the separate transport service contract.

Article 11 (Imposition of Penalty) A trustee shall bear all the damages caused by the violation of all the laws and regulations arising from the operation of a vehicle, the penalty for administrative measures, and the resulting damages to the company of this case.

Article 13 (Registration of Business) In operating transport business using vehicles, the trustee shall receive the business registration certificate prescribed by the tax-related Acts in the name of the trustee, and shall take the responsibility for tax affairs.

Article 14 (Transfer of Management Right) (1) A trustee shall without the consent of the company of this case.
