1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff, including the part resulting from the supplementary participation.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff (former trade name: the New World Forest Profit System) is a corporation that carries on trucking transport, logistics consulting, and logistics-related service business.

B On January 1, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into an entrustment contract for a general cargo transport business (hereinafter referred to as “the entrustment contract”) with the Plaintiff, and has been driving the said c brine brine, thereby carrying out the cargo delivery business, such as food materials.

In managing the general cargo transportation business under the above entrustment contract, the following management contracts shall be concluded between the vehicle-owned transportation business operator (hereinafter referred to as the "Plaintiff") and the vehicle manager (hereinafter referred to as the "trustee").

Article 2 (Indication of Subject Matter of Management Entrustment) The Plaintiff shall entrust the trustee with the authority to operate and manage the motor vehicles and transportation business of the nationwide cargo transportation business or special cargo transportation business under the following subparagraphs:

Vehicle No. C: Hyundai Spoter II, and G: A trustee of Article 4 (Guarantee) in 2005 shall, in principle, submit a guarantee document and take over a vehicle for the plaintiff during the period of managing the vehicle owned by the plaintiff, in preparation for failure to return the vehicle, such as loss, damage, theft, etc., and compensation for damages.

Article 6 (Management of Vehicles) (1) A trustee shall bear all expenses incurred in the management and operation of a vehicle, such as breakdown, repair, various taxes and public charges, insurance premiums, and other charges after taking over the vehicle.

(2) The plaintiff may provide a vehicle entrusted to the trustee as a collateral or establish a collateral security without the consent of the trustee.

Article 7 (Management of Assistants) (1) A trustee shall notify the plaintiff in writing when he/she appoints an employee required for the management of vehicle operation, and he/she shall assume all responsibilities related to the employee.

Article 9 (Freights) Freight between the plaintiff and the trustee shall correspond to a separate service contract.

Article 11 (Penalty) A trustee shall be punished for violation of all the laws and regulations arising from the operation of a vehicle, penalty for administrative measures, and this shall result in such violation.
