A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 12, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury at the Seoul Northern District Court, and on July 29, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison.

1. On July 13, 2019, at around 12:49, the Defendant causing property damage: (a) was in front of the residence of the victim C (the 23-year old-old-old-old-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government) who she she she she she was informed of the victim, and (b) was she was in front of the residence of the victim C (the she was in front of the she was in front of the she was in Seongbuk-gu-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (c) the victim was not her own again, but she was in front of the her house; (d) the victim was destroyed by walking the toilets of the victim at hand and then she was removed from the toilets; (d) the she was she was frighted of the rest of the toilet; (e) the she was released by drinking the television in front of the ward; and (e) the she was destroyed by walking the inner and small door door, and she was destroyed by she was equipped with any goods on the inner door.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the market price of the victim's property.

2. 폭행치상 피고인은 위와 같이 재물을 손괴하는 과정에서 화장실에서 있던 피해자의 머리를 손바닥으로 1회 때린 후, 작은 방으로 건너가 피고인을 말리는 피해자의 머리를 잡아당겨 넘어뜨리고, 주먹과 손바닥으로 피해자의 머리를 수회 때리고, 발로 넘어진 피해자의 몸통을 1회 걷어찼다.

Then, the Defendant assaulted the victim for about 30 minutes, such as taking the head of the victim into the inner room and moving the victim's head into the inner room, leaving the victim's head into the main floor of drinking and hand.

As a result, the Defendant assaulted the victim and kneee, thereby entering the victim's left side and right knee on the day of treatment.
