A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2018 Highest 604" is a subordinate patient, and the victim B (V, 55 years of age) is a person who has worked as a nursing of the defendant from June 13, 2017 to October 27, 2017.

1. On August 13, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim (the age of 54 at that time) who had aided the Defendant’s official movement in around 21:35, around August 13, 2017, on the part of the Defendant’s living room located in Pyeongtaek-gun C, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force by inducing the victim (the age of 54 at that time) who had aided the Defendant’s official movement.

2. On September 13, 2017, the Defendant, while driving the Defendant’s vehicle around 13:00 on September 13, 2017, moved to the E hospital located in Gyeonggi-gun E in Gyeonggi-gu, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by driving the Plaintiff’s vehicle.

On September 26, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime at around September 26, 2017, at the toilets located in the above Defendant’s residence around September 21, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force by inducing the victim who tried the Defendant to move a wheelchairs, and by inducing the victim to sit in the wheelchairs.

4. On October 27, 2017, around October 27, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the Defendant in the vehicle of the Defendant in the above E- class parking lot at the above E- class around 16:00 on October 27, 2017, by inducing the victim who was seated in the chief of the E- class to make up for himself/herself.

On October 27, 2017, the Defendant 737 of the 2018 Highest 737, at the E hospital parking lot located in Pyeongtaek-gun, Gyeong-gun, D, 16:0 on October 27, 2017, the Defendant saw the victim B (the 54 years old) who was seated in the front line of the vehicle owned by the Defendant and forced him/her to take the face of the Defendant. However, the victim was able to take the face of the Defendant by being sealed by his/her hand, and the victim was able to take the face of the victim and 14 days on the face of his/her head by drinking.
