Criminal facts

The defendant 2014 Highest 2733 is the head of the "G Hospital" hospital located in the Gu F of Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and the victim E (5 years, women) is a person entrusted by the defendant with the operation of the restaurant within the above hospital.

1. On July 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against the victim by attracting the victim, the header, and the victim, in front of the eight-story elevator in the above hospital, in response to his/her personal being towed by the victim.

However, in the process of establishing a hospital, the defendant incurred approximately KRW 80 million debt, and he did not pay approximately KRW 100,000 to the employees.
