A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, “2014 Highest 5059”, is a person who operates a child welfare facility called “C Regional Child Center” in Daegu Suwon-gu, from March 26, 2010 to February 2, 2014.

1. He/she shall not receive a subsidy or an indirect subsidy by violating the Subsidy Management Act, filing a false application, or by any other unlawful means;

From around that time to February 19, 2014, the Defendant filed a false application with the facilities welfare division in Daegu Suwon-gu, as shown in the attached list of crimes, and received KRW 17,651,010 (limited to subsidies from subsidies) from the Sungsung-gu office, including the total amount of KRW 13,50,610, and the total amount of KRW 4,148,40,010, and at the same time, received subsidies from the National Treasury by fraudulent means.

If deemed necessary, the Minister of Health and Welfare, a City/Do branch office, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu may require relevant public officials or exclusive public officials to enter a child welfare facility, the address or residence of children, or a place where children are employed, to conduct a necessary investigation or ask questions to the children or relevant persons;

Accordingly, he/she refuses, interferes with or evades an investigation, or refuses, evades an answer or makes a false answer to a question, or has a child refuse, evade an answer or make a false answer.
