A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2019, the Defendant is a Vietnamese, who entered Korea with tourist visa, without removing a tag of clothes in order to steal clothes from domestic “B” stores on July 19, 2019, by placing the door in a bags and carrying the special-produced bank with no sound.

1. At around 12:45 on July 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by putting the victim’s D’s Class B store in Jongno-gu, in the entrance of the entrance, the number of female clothes, male booms, etc., the number of which displayed in the store cannot be known due to any gaps in the management of the victim D; and (b) passing through the entrance.

2. 피고인은 2019. 7. 20. 15:30경 중구 E에 있는 B매장 서울역점에서 피해자 F의 관리가 소홀한 틈을 이용하여 매장에 진열된 의류 등을 위 특수 제작된 가방에 넣어 절취하려 하였으나, 이를 눈치 챈 피해자에게 발각되어 도주함으로써 미수에 그쳤다.

3. On July 20, 2019, around 18:31, 2019, the Defendant stolen the victim’s 2nd floor in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu, by putting the victim’s H’s cresh in the store, such as clothes for men, and shorts for men, which are not known of the quantity displayed in the store.

4. On July 21, 2019, around 16:20 on July 21, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by putting the clothes, etc. displayed at the store in the above special-produced bank, where the number of people displayed in the store is unknown, using the gaps in the management of the victim J, into the above special-produced bank; and (b) passing through the entrance.

5. At around 14:20 on July 23, 2019, the Defendant stolen the victim’s clothes, etc. displayed in the store on the second floor of the B store Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K, by putting them in the above special-produced household room where the number of women’s clothes, etc. displayed in the store could not be known, from the second floor of the B store Gangnam-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government K, and by passing through the entrance.

6. On July 24, 2019, the Defendant managed the victim N at the credit store located in Yeongdeungpo-gu M around 14:53.
