A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person other than a person handling narcotics shall cultivate, possess, possess, give, receive, transport, keep in custody, or use marijuana, and no person shall smoke or take in marijuana or its seed coats.

1. On August 201, 201, the Defendant: (a) Sinsi around 14:00.

B. At the vicinity of the marsan cafeteria, wild hemp leafs (100gs) were collected in the vicinity of the marsan cafeteria, dried up on the mar, dried up on the marm, attached the mar on the mar aluminium on the adjacent parking lot of the Geumsan, and smoked the mar in a manner of spreading the smoke.

2. On October 14, 201, around 14:00, the Defendant issued 30 hemp seeds collected and possessed in advance to C in front of the Gu-U.S. railway station located in 1008-1, Gu-si, Si-si, Si-si, 101.

3. At around 13:00 on August 2012, the Defendant was issued and possessed from C for the purpose of smoking the hemp plant leaves and strings of the hemp quantity of the instant 1 boxes at the front of the Ecafeteria located in Ma in Ma, Sungsung-si.

4. On May 2013, the Defendant: (a) dried marijuana equivalent to 20g, dried from a non-exploitant who was introduced by C in front of discharge from active service in the Dong-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon on May 2013; and (b) dried the said marijuana on May 2, 2013 at the Defendant’s residence located on the 2nd floor F in the Gu-U.S., U.S. at the time and on May 2, 2013; (c) dried the said marijuana on a day-to-day basis; and (d) smoked the said marijuana on a total of four occasions at intervals of two days

5. On July 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00 on the same day; (b) around 19:00 on the same day; (c) around 24:00 on the same day; (d) attached marijuana to the second floor of H Hean-si G on the aluminium aluminium; and (e) smoked marijuana over three occasions in total, together with C and I, in a manner of spreading the postponement.
