A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

A number of disposables (No. 1) seized shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violence;

A. On July 3, 2015, at around 17:00 on July 3, 2015, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun Hong-gun, when five times the victim’s scam with his hand floor on the ground that the Defendant’s house was located in the Defendant’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun Hong-gun, on the ground that the community male, as the Defendant’s wife, she was scamed by the victim D

C. 마. 피고인은 2015. 7. 7. 16:00경 위 피고인의 집 창고 앞에서, 피해자 D가 일을 하지 말라는 피고인의 말을 듣지 않고 콩을 땄다는 이유로 주먹으로 피해자의 머리 부위를 1회 때리고 손바닥으로 피해자의 뺨을 2회 때렸다.

2. On July 8, 2015, at around 12:40, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (a collective injury by a deadly weapon, etc.), i.e., the Defendant 1’s custody at the warehouse mentioned in the foregoing paragraph 1(e), misunderstanding that the Defendant reported the Defendant to the police, i.e., dangerous articles near the remainder of the warehouse, i.e., the victim 3 times back to the improvement date, and ii) the victim’s face and head head were 10 times back to the back of the improvement date.
