Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. On August 17, 2017, around 17:00, the Defendants thought that the victim would escape from their own telephone on the house-to-house rooftop of the Victim E (Inn, 17 years of age) in Yangsan-si C apartment in Yangsan-si, the Defendants thought that the victim would escape from their own telephone, and Defendant A was able to take the floor of the victim two times, and Defendant B was able to take three times the face of the victim by her hand floor and drinking.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly assaulted the victim.

나. 피고인들은 2017. 12. 19. 18:00경 양산시 F 부근 주차장에서 “나랑 사귈 때 억지로 만난거가 ”라는 피고인 A의 물음에 피해자가 “그렇다.”라고 대답하자 화가 나 피고인 A는 손바닥으로 피해자의 뺨을 2회 때리고 피고인 B은 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴 부위를 약 5회 때렸다.

2. Defendant A

A. B.
