Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding seven hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No owner of an automobile shall operate an automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, at around 14:40 on April 13, 2013, the Defendant operated a C-learning passenger car, which is owned by the Defendant, and was not covered by mandatory insurance on the coast highway located in the west-gun, North Korea Coast Guard.
