Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Although the owner of a motor vehicle is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle that is not covered by mandatory insurance on the road, the defendant did not purchase a mandatory insurance policy from February 17, 2012 to October 3, 2012, but operated a C tystool-type car.
