The Defendant was a member of the 7th local council, and went out of the election district G party in the election district of the Eth local council member implemented on June 13, 2018, and went out to the election district of the Eth local council member.

1. In April 2018, the Defendant produced the name cards of preliminary candidate at the Defendant’s office located in H, and published false facts by indicating on the front side of the name cards “I doctor’s degree (Ph.D.C)” without having obtained the I doctor’s degree, and distributing 500 copies to unspecified voters.

2. In May 2018, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s office listed in paragraph 1, made a banner for the purpose of promotional candidate registration at the Defendant’s office, entered I doctor’s degree in the I doctor’s degree (Ph.D.C) without having obtained the I doctor’s degree, and published two copies of the banner by posting it on the Defendant’s office and outer walls.

3. In May 2018, the Defendant produced the Defendant’s name cards at the Defendant’s office located in the Defendant’s office as indicated in paragraph 1 of this Article, and stated the Defendant’s name cards on the front side of “I doctor’s degree (Ph.D.C)” without having obtained I doctor’s degree, and published the false information by distributing 10,000 to many unspecified electors.

4. In May 2018, the Defendant made a banner of candidate election campaign at the Defendant’s office as stated in paragraph 1 of the Habman No. 2018, the Defendant, without having obtained the I doctor’s degree, stated the academic background called “I doctor’s degree (Ph.D.C. rate)” and published the false facts by posting it on J private distance, etc.

5. In May 2018, the Defendant made a book-based election campaign bulletin at the Defendant’s office listed in paragraph 1 of Article 2018, the Defendant, without having obtained I doctor’s degree, stated the academic background called “I doctor’s degree (Ph.D.)” and published the false information by sending 31,852 copies of the election campaign bulletin to many unspecified electors by mail.
