A. G, in collusion with the directors, etc., shall dissolve the council of the defendant church and organize a separate steering committee to donate the properties of the defendant church to the J, an incorporated foundation, and complete the registration of ownership transfer on the grounds of donation, and is charged with the crime of having the above incorporated foundation obtain benefits of 1.3 billion won in the real estate price owned by the defendant church and causing damage equivalent to the same amount to the defendant church.
