Basic Facts

The status of the parties is that the plaintiff church was established on November 10, 1947 and operated as a branch church under the J order.

Defendant B and Defendant C, as a husband and wife, are the children of Defendant E and F, and Defendant D is the shot of Defendant G, Defendant E is the head of the Plaintiff church, Defendant F is the husband and wife, Defendant G is the head of the Plaintiff church, Defendant H is the head of the Plaintiff church, Defendant H is the head of the Plaintiff church, and Defendant A is the member of the Plaintiff church, as Defendant H’s denial.

Plaintiff

From July 2012, K, in the process of constructing a church in a church, moved the name of the previous church to the "LI Association" from the "LI Association" to the "JI Association" in around 2013. On October 1, 2013, K removed the building of the plaintiff church and promoted new construction of the church on that job.

In the process, the Defendants failed to obtain the consent of the members in raising and using the church construction cost, and the expenses incurred in manufacturing containers for the preparation of temporary arts sites, and asserted that the details of the use are not clear, and thus, there was a dispute between the members of the K and the members of the K.

On the other hand, around January 2014, M, who is the members of the above church, donated to the previous church under the pretext of building the NP land in Chungcheongnam-gun. The members of the above church divided the above land into five parcels (200 square meters each), such as N,O, P, Q, R, etc. by March 24, 2014 without registering the above land in the name of the church, and sold to E and F for KRW 140,000 on June 24, 2014, and the ownership transfer registration was completed in their names on each remaining land, and on May 27, 2014, K obtained a secured loan from the Hong Livestock Industry Cooperatives, and the debtor, K-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-mortgage-based corporation was established.

M is related to the disposal and loan process of the above land that was contributed by M to the plaintiff church as a construction contribution.
