Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) around 08:0 on May 30, 2014, on the ground that the victim E (the aged 42) who was an employee, was unable to engage in the business of drinking alcohol in the D entertainment tavern in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 2nd floor, was unable to operate the business during the repair of fish containers, and that he neglected his defect of the horses, the Defendants made the following: (a) the Defendant Company A was able to knee the victim’s face, face, head, and kne; (b) the victim’s face and kne; (c) the Defendant B was tightly pushed the victim’s kne in hand; (d) the victim’s face and kne; and (e) the victim’s knick with a physical disease in the knter; and (e) the victim’s knife the victim’s right side by hand.
