Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 18, 2015, the Defendant appeared at the Geum-gu Police Station and the traffic accident investigation team located in 1819 (Gu Seo-gu, Dong) as of 16:50, the center of the Geum-gu, Busan, and stated that “Around November 18, 2015, the Defendant was absent without taking any measure, even though the Defendant, who was in the future, destroyed a taxi and sustained an injury to the Defendant, even though he was under the influence of driving the F Lone Star taxi on the E-road located in the Geum-gu, Busan, U.S., 2015.”

However, in fact, while the defendant divided the above traffic accident with C, he first leaves the site in the process of dealing with the accident.

C was not an escape.

Nevertheless, the defendant reported the above false facts, thereby allowing C to be subject to criminal punishment.
