Punishment of the crime

1. Around April 10, 2017, Defendant A filed a false complaint with the Franchi Police Station of 1819 Busan, as the central office of Franchi-gu.

The complaint states that "the chairperson E of the Committee for Promotion of the Establishment of the D Regional Housing Association, the representative F of the agency, and the non-name counseling staff of the regional housing association did not reveal the fact that they are the regional housing association while recruiting members of the regional housing association around October 2016, and caused members to join the association to pay the aggregate of KRW 20 million for members' contributions and KRW 13,000,000,000,000,000 for business agency for the general apartment sale, so they would be punished for fraud." However, the above E, etc. did not reveal that they are the regional housing association in the related documents such as contract, etc., and there was no fact that they were the above defendants without revealing that they were the regional housing association by stating that they were the regional housing association in the relevant documents, such as contract, and

Nevertheless, the above defendant submitted a written complaint and made a statement for damage to the same purport after attending the investigation of the Franchi Police Station in Busan and the economic 2 team office around April 20, 2017.

Accordingly, the above defendant was committed for the purpose of having E and F receive criminal punishment.

2. Around April 6, 2017, the Defendant filed a false complaint with the Franchi Police Station of 1819 Busan, as the central office of Franchi City, on the charge of Defendant B.

The complaint states that "the chairperson E of the Promotion Committee for the Establishment of the D Regional Housing Association, the representative F of the agency, and the nameless counsel staff of the D Regional Housing Association did not reveal the fact that they are the regional housing association while recruiting members of the regional housing association on October 2016, and the members of the regional housing association did not reveal the fact that they are the members of the regional housing association and paid the members' contributions of KRW 18 million and the work agency cost of KRW 13 million to the association." However, the above E, etc. stated that they are the regional housing association in the related documents, such as the contract, etc., and also the publicity officer.
