A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On January 8, 2013, the Defendant purchased psychotropic drugs from C in a way that he/she remitted the psychotropic drug price of 300,000 won to a psychotropic drug-related Mesacopon (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) to the account used by C, and then finds approximately 0.5g of philopon under the blopon, which is located in Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul.

2. Medication of psychotropic drugs;

A. On January 8, 2013, the Defendant, even if not a person handling narcotics, administered approximately 0.1g of the phiphonephones purchased in the Defendant’s dwelling at 302 dong 810, Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, 2013, by inserting approximately 0.1g of the philophones purchased as referred to in the above 1.3, 810, in a single-use injection machine, and in a way of injecting them into the following booms:

At around 19:00 on January 8, 2013, the Defendant, even if not a person handling narcotics, put about approximately 0.2g of phiphones purchased in the above Defendant’s residence as referred to in the above 1.1, into a single-use injection machine and dilution with bio-treatment, and administered them by means of injection into the blood transfusions above:

At around 17:00 on January 11, 2013, the Defendant, who was not a person handling narcotics, injected approximately 0.2g of phiphones purchased in the above Defendant’s residence as referred to in the above 1.1, into a single-use injection machine, and dilution with bio-treatment, and administered them by means of injection into the blood transfusions as follows:

around 14:00 on March 5, 2013, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05 grams of psychotropic drugs in the dwelling of the Defendant, No. 302, 810, 2013, on a water, at around 14:0 on March 5, 2013.
