Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant dealt with the Mepta (i.e., a philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) as follows:

1. On April 7, 2019, the Defendant purchased and sold 80,000 won or more from the phone seller, who was aware of via the Internet on the street in the vicinity of the C Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and purchased and sold 100,000 won or more from the phone, in a way that the Defendant purchased and sold 5 grams from the phone.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On December 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.14g opphones in a single-use injection machine in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building E; and (b) injected opphones in a way of injecting them into his/her forerop blood transfusion; and (c) injected them.

B. On April 7, 2019, at around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) placed 0.14g philopon in a single-use injection machine; (b) dilution with bio-product; and (c) administered philopon in a way of injecting it into his/her own forculp blood transfusion.

C. Around 00:00 on April 10, 2019, the Defendant put about approximately 0.14g philophones into a single-use injection machine at the dwelling of the Defendant of Echeon-si and G, and injected philophones in a way of injecting them into his/her own crop bloodline.

3. At around 12:05 on April 11, 2019, the Defendant, holding a penphone in the way that he/she puts a part of a disposable injection machine for which approximately 0.68g of philophonephones in the Defendant’s residence, in the form of dilution and 0.14g of philophones, are stored in water, and one philophones are stored in the Defendant’s bank.
