A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 2. Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim with a deadly weapon.

3. After that, the defendant was in line with Trts, and the defendant was in line with the above kitchen knife with the part of the front which the victim was suffering.

The defendant, carrying a deadly weapon, thereby damaging the victim's property.
