A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for 16 years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 5, 2013, the Defendant, at around 04:30 on the Special Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (special robbery by force), entered the victim H (n, 34 years of age)’s residence in Mapo-gu Seoul, and forced the victim to take a knife, which is a deadly weapon, into the victim’s face and suppress the victim’s resistance, and then demanded that “it is fright, fright, fright, and frighten, fright, fright, fright, and frighten in cash.” The Defendant: (a) frighted the victim’s sexual organ made up of the victim’s body and frightened the victim’s sexual organ; (b) frighted the victim to withdraw 500,000 won in cash from the nearby convenience store; and (c) frighted the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence by carrying a deadly weapon at night, and led to the suppression of the victim's resistance, and forcibly abused the victim's property and made an indecent act.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. On July 31, 2014, around 03:20 on July 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim I (n, 22 years of age) in Mapo-gu Seoul, through a benda window of the victim’s residence; (b) taken the victim’s face into the victim’s inner room; (c) taken the victim’s face into the victim’s face; and (d) took the victim’s face into the victim’s face; and (e) took the victim’s face into the victim’s face; and (e) took the victim’s back the victim’s resistance by means of threateninging the victim’s resistance, “I see the victim’s eye, she shall throw the victim’s two descendants, cut the victim’s two descendants, cut the victim’s 100,000 and 5S cellphone, cut the victim’s clothes into one of the victim’s clothes, etc.; and (e) took off one of the victim’s clothes.

Accordingly, the Defendant invadedd the victim's residence by carrying a deadly weapon at night, forcibly taken property, and raped the victim.

B. On October 1, 2014, around October 1, 2014, the Defendant, at around 05:20 on October 1, 201, built the window for a residence toilet in the Victim J (n, 22 years old) located in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si.
