A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 17, 2012, at around 14:30 on June 17, 2012, the Defendant assaulted the victim D (the victim D, who was the former wife of the Defendant, at the ward No. 412, Dong 409, the Defendant’s residence, for the Defendant, at around five times the victim’s head and chest part at around five times the victim’s head and chest part.

2. 2012. 7. 15.자 폭력행위등처벌에관한법률위반(집단흉기등폭행)의 점 피고인은 2012. 7. 15. 제1항 기재의 C아파트 412동 409호 거실에서 피해자 D에게 일전에 피해자가 피고인을 정신병원에 입원시킨 것에 관하여 따지다가, 화가 나 주방에 있던 흉기인 과도(칼날길이 20cm , 높이 6cm )와 식칼(칼날길이 20cm , 높이 12cm )을 양손에 들고 나와, 과도는 피해자의 목을 향하여 겨누고 식칼은 방바닥을 향하여 약 5회 정도 내려찍으면서, 위 피해자에게 “다시 신고해서 정신병원에 넣어봐라, 이번에 다시 나오면 죽여 버리겠다”라고 말하여 피해자를 위협하고, 계속하여 오른손으로 피해자의 머리채를 잡고 흔들다가 주먹으로 피해자의 등 부분을 3회 가격하고, 다시 양손으로 피해자의 가슴을 밀쳐 넘어뜨린 다음 바닥에 쓰러져 있는 피해자의 옆구리를 오른발로 2회 걷어찼다.

3. On August 2012, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collective violence with deadly weapons, etc.) around the end of the month, around August 2012, the Defendant told the said victim that “I will throw away snow from knife” while having a conversation with the victim D in F factories in Scheon-si E around the end of August 2012, the Defendant threatened the said victim with “I will throw away knife with knife”, which is a dangerous object used by knife, toward the face of the victim, and continued to threaten the victim’s head one time with the hand floor.

Accordingly, the defendant carries a deadly weapon.
