A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and nine months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] The Defendant is a person who was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and three years at the Seoul Southern District Court on April 10, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence on September 26, 2013.

1. From November 5, 2014, around 09:50 on November 5, 2014, the Defendant, at the victim D’s house located in Daejeon Pungdong Cukdong 202, opened and intruded into the house, used a cresh in which the victim D was diving, carried out the agricultural bank’s debit card under the name of D in the wall, and entered the above debit card with a cash withdrawal machine in the vicinity at around 10:12 on the same day, and entered the password prior to being known, including withdrawing KRW 2 million from November 3, 2014 to March 18, 2015. The Defendant, as indicated in the list of crimes, invaded the victim’s bank over the total deposit amount of KRW 5,200,000,000 from November 3, 2014 to March 19, 2015.

At around 16:00 on March 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) refused the Defendant’s request to lend money from the victim D’s house located in Daejeon Seosung-gu Crona 202; (b) subsequently, the Defendant: (c) obstructed the Defendant’s request; (d) putting the window and the door door to the Defendant and fright, and putting the victim with the Defendant “I am dead because I am a person due to his or her life at the bar; and (e) 2 million won withdrawal; and (e) threatened the Defendant with the physical injury of the victim.”

As such, the Defendant sent the victim a fright to cash withdrawal in the neighborhood, and let the victim withdraw the deposit amount of KRW 2 million, and received the delivery.

3. On March 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 05:21 on March 18, 2015, at the victim D’s house located in Daejeon Seosung-gu Cleta 202; (b) came into a gate and intrude into a house; and (c) the victim D was diving.
