Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 16, 2016, at around 22:30, the Defendant: (a) 109-dong C building 109-dong C building 501, and (b) 109-dong C building 501, on the ground that the victim D (here 58 years old) made a speech of disregarding the Defendant in front of the Defendant’s friendship, and was pushed down by both hand, and pushed down the victim’s neck in a small wave where the victim was in that place; (b) followed the victim’s neck; and (c) followed the victim’s neck who driven away from the elevator from the front door of the damaged gate; and (d) obstructed the victim’s neck, she pusheded the victim’s neck used on the floor, and walked the part of the bridge, and she sustained the victim, such as dump, dump, tension, etc., for about two weeks medical treatment.
