Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) paid the amount of money borrowed by the Victim C (A, B, 31 years of age) from the C, Jung-gu, Seoul around 06:30, to the C, Jung-gu.

For the reason that he was frighting the coffee cited in his hand on the face of the victim, frightened the victim's neck by both descendants, and continuously frighted the victim's body by blocking the defendant and frighting the head of the victim's body.
