A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.). The Defendant is a person who, from October 20, 2014 to January 31, 2015, installed four showers, equipped with shower facilities, booms, etc. on the F4th floor to January 31, 2015, and run a sexual traffic business establishment, which is called “E”.

Although anyone is not allowed to engage in the act of arranging sexual traffic for business purposes, on October 20, 2014, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes by having his/her customers who enter the above business place, who are engaged in sexual traffic, receive 11-120,000 won per person from G, who are engaged in sexual traffic, and provide sexual intercourse.

2. The Defendant is a person who, in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.), installed shower facilities and 400m2 from June 12, 2015 to August 7, 2015, in the first and fourth floors during the Gyeonggi-si, four smuggling equipped with a shower facilities and 400m2 in a size of 1, 400m2 from the fourth floor during the Gyeonggi-si, and operates a business establishment called “H” by employing J and K as an employee.

In spite of being prohibited from engaging in the act of arranging sexual traffic for business purposes, the Defendant arranged sexual traffic by having a customer who enters the said business establishment from June 12, 2015 to August 7, 2015 after receiving 11-120,000 won per person from the said business establishment against G, L, M, etc. who are engaged in sexual traffic.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the above J and K, assisted commercial sex acts.
