1. The defendant is limited to each claim amount in the separate sheet of calculation of accrued wages and each amount of the quoted amount in the separate sheet.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Defendant is a company running passenger vehicle transportation business, and the Plaintiffs are drivers who have been employed in the Defendant company as stated in the column of the membership and the date of retirement in the annexed wage calculation sheet, and are currently working or retired until now.
B. Article 46 of the collective agreement concluded between the defendant and the defendant company trade union provides that the criteria for payment of wage increase, etc. shall be governed by a separate wage agreement, and the major contents of the wage agreement applied to the plaintiffs from October 1, 2008 to September 30, 201 are as follows.
1) Work system: A Si wage that serves as the basis for the calculation and calculation period of wages for a day duty (hereinafter referred to as “basic pay”). The basic daily pay shall be calculated based on the basic hourly pay, the basic daily pay shall be calculated based on the basic daily pay, and the basic daily pay shall be the basis for the calculation of various allowances. From October 1, 2008 to September 30, 2009: 4,460 won (2) from October 1, 2009 to September 30, 201: 4,549 won (3: 5,174 won to September 30, 201); 10 days from October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2010; 20 days from October 1, 2009 to September 30, 201; 30 days from October 1, 201 to September 30, 204).

(1) From October 1, 2008 to September 30, 2009: 178,400 won (178,40 won per day basic pay 35,680 won x 5 days) (2) from October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2010: 181,960 won (1st day basic pay 36,392 won x 5 days) (3) (3) from October 1, 201 to September 30, 201: 206,960 won (20 won per day basic pay 41,392 won x 5 days)
C. The Defendant’s overtime allowance, night work allowance, paid holiday allowance, paid holiday allowance, paid holiday allowance, and paid holiday allowance to the Plaintiffs on the basis of the above basic hourly rate as above.
