A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and eight months from imprisonment due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (thief) in the Jinwon District Court's branch on October 22, 2008, and on April 6, 2010, thief was added five times more.

The Defendant habitually stolen the victims' articles four times as follows.

1. At around 11:00 on July 29, 201, the Defendant: (a) removed and intruded the window shooting of the second floor toilet window at the victim D’s house located in Jinju-si; and (b) took advantage of the fact that the Defendant stolen the amount of KRW 5,700,000 equivalent to the market price of KRW 2,00,000, which was the victim’s possession in a large harassment, at the victim’s house located in Jin-si-si (hereinafter “C”); (c) one 18K gold bars with a single, market price of KRW 2,00,000; and (d) one 18K gold bars with a market price of KRW 60,000 in an amount of KRW 60,00 in the market price; and (d) one 18 K gold bars with a market price of KRW 500,000 in the aggregate.

2. At around 11:00 on September 5, 201, the Defendant entered the victim F’s house in Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si, with the two entrance door, stolen the Defendant’s cash of KRW 150,000, the market price of KRW 600,000, and KRW 18K 18K gold bars equivalent to KRW 400,000, the market price of KRW 18K, one, and one, the market price of KRW 400,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 500,000, the total amount of KRW 100,00,000, and the cash amount of KRW 1,750,000, which were located in the swine storage.

3. At around 15:00 on September 201, 201, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of the victim’s disability registration certificate, health insurance certificate, cash 3,000 won, which is the victim’s possession of TV in the from-face TV set of the victim H located in Jinju-si; and (b) committed a theft.

4. At around 15:00 on October 6, 201, the Defendant: (a) 15:00, the victim’s cell phonesed in a large amount of TV bed, which was located in the TV bed from the victim J, entering the Republic of Korea beyond the cover of the victim J; (b) KRW 380,000,000 in total, including one cell phone, one resident registration certificate, one MP31 in an amount equivalent to KRW 100,000 in the market value; and (c) KRW 380,000 in a swine bed in a swine bed.
