A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than four years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 13, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to 7 years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Daejeon District Court. On May 1, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thie) in the Chungcheong District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 25, 2012.

1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;

A. On April 26, 2012, at around 09:00 to 10:00, the Defendant entered the victim D’s house located in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju-gu, and entered the house above the house and up to the inside, the Defendant: (a) one gold 18K mbling at the market price of 1,000,000 won; (b) one gold 18 KK mbling at the market price of 60,000,000 won; (c) one gold 18 K Kmbing at the market price of 40,000 won; (d) two gold mbling at the market price of 4,000,000 won; (e) one smart car at the market price of 5,000,000 won; (e) one credit card mbling at the victim’s age of 10,000 won; and (e) one stock 25,250,000 won under the victim’s own name.

B. From April 201 to May 5, 2012, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim’s name unrefluened house located in the Ganyang-gun of the Namyang-gun of the Republic of Korea; (b) entered the said house through the kitchen window; and (c) cut off the victim’s ownership, five Bans, the victim of which was located in the said house (one Ban, one half of the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 820,00,00,000, one half of the net gold amount of KRW 110,000,000,000, and one half of the market price of KRW 530,000,000,000,000 won; and (d) one sheet and two rings in the aggregate of the market price of KRW 98,000,000,000,000).

C. The Defendant, around 09:00 on June 15, 2012, did not make corrections to the Victim H’s house located in G in Yangyang-gun G.
