1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of the lawsuit, including the part resulting from the supplementary participation, are all assessed against the Plaintiff.

The Intervenor joining the Defendant (hereinafter referred to as the “ Intervenor”) was appointed as a full-time lecturer at C University operated by the Plaintiff on March 1, 2006 and served as an associate professor from September 12, 2012.

On November 18, 2016, the Intervenor was indicted as a charge of violating the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Act on the Abuse of Occupational Authority, etc.) stating that “Indecent Act was committed by force against D by taking advantage of the status as an essay teaching professor.”

(hereinafter “Related criminal case”). Accordingly, on December 12, 2016, the Plaintiff’s Disciplinary Committee deliberated on the following disciplinary grounds against the Intervenor, and decided to dismiss the Intervenor, and the Plaintiff notified the Intervenor of the dismissal on January 11, 2017.
