Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

However, from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On September 14, 2017, around 04:59, the Defendant: (a) purchased the number of 120 universities in the city of 120 Y-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, and the veterinary hospital affiliated with the university; (b) around the hospital affiliated with the university, G from G, with the knowledge that the market price of KRW 550,00,000,000, which was purchased from G was a thallon Mallon, was equivalent to KRW 81 and KRW 870,000,000 in the market price, and acquired it from G.

B. At around 04:00 on September 30, 2017, the Defendant purchased at KRW 100,000 from G with knowledge of the fact that G is a gallon 41 and G51 stolen, which he purchased from his own taxi driver, in light of the fact that G’s intention to purchase the stolen mobile phone in the vicinity of J gas station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul.

Between 00:00 on February 19, 2018 and 02:30 on the north-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, by means of a galloning of one name and using a galloning method of the market value of KRW 550,000,000 from the non-name-based taxi driver to acquire KRW 20,000,00,000 from the market value and KRW 70,000,000.

2. Defendant B

A. On February 15, 2018, from around 01:00 to around 03:00 on the same day, the Defendant acquired the 70,000 won mobile phone from a taxi driver with the knowledge of the fact that the scopic phone value of KRW 1,00,000 is a stolen object, in the vicinity of the scopic scopic of the Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City).

B. On February 19, 2018, around 12:00, the Defendant acquired 80,000 won from A with knowledge of the fact that he/she was a stolen and stolen 60,000 won from A when he/she purchased 550,000 won of the market price of the 71st unit and 700,000 won of the market price.
