A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 10, 2015, from around 01:00 to around 02:00 of the same day, the Defendant purchased 20,000 won and acquired gallon 20,000 won with knowledge of the fact that gallon 2 smartphone 1 cost is stolen by using “sallon gallon” on the roads near the lower distance at the bottom of Busan located in the Gu of the Gu of Busan, by using “salking.”

2. On June 12, 2015, from around 01:00 to around 02:00 of the same day, the Defendant purchased 20,000 won and acquired stolen goods from each of the aforementioned methods, knowing that gallon S4 and gallon 2 smartphone 30,000 won are stolen goods, in front of gallon-dong, Seocheon-dong, Busan, by means of the foregoing method on the road in front of the gallon-dong, Seocheon-dong, Busan.

3. On June 16, 2015, from around 01:00 to around 02:00 on the same day, the Defendant purchased options G and gallon 3 smartphone 20,000 won each by purchasing 20,000 won in consideration of the fact that he/she is an illegal taxi driver in front of the E-cafeteria located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan.

Accordingly, the Defendant acquired stolen goods in collusion with B and C.
